GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PRICE

1.1 All the orders will be processed with the prices shown in the current list prices.

1.2 Prices do not include VAT.

1.3 All prices are EXW.

1.4 The price of packaging is not included.

1.5 The prices of packaging have to be considered always as net prices.

2. PAYMENTS

1.1 Payments have to be issued accordingly to the terms of invoice independently from possible criticalities or complaints.

1.2 In case of delays in payments, interests will be applied according to current regulations and any additional costs incurred by Depureco will be charged.

1.3 In case of delays or missing payments, the warranty will not be valid anymore.

1.4 Goods, even when already delivered, remain property of Depureco until the full payment of the invoice.

3. DELIVERIES

3.1 Unless otherwise agreed goods are sold FCA Volpiano (Turin), Italy.

3.2 The delivery date shown in the order confirmation has to be considered as approximate and not binding.

3.3 Depureco will not be liable for damages or inconveniences caused by delays in the delivery.

3.4 Potential delays do not allow customers to cancel orders or not to pay invoices.

4. RETURN

4.1 Depureco will not accept returned goods when not previously agreed.

5. OPERATIONAL TESTS

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed Depureco will not test the goods at the customer is premises.

5.2 Depureco’s goods are manufactured in accordance with the European CE regulations.

5.3 Depureco’s goods have a voltage of 230 V for single-phase versions and 400 V for three-phase versions. On demand, after acceptance of relative quotation by the buyer, Depureco can provide vacuums with different voltages and frequencies.

6. CONTROVERSIES

Every controversy will be solved exclusively by the legal authority of Turin, Italy.

Any controversy with foreign customers will be solved in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 Depureco’s Warranty lasts for 12 months for all vacuum cleaners on this price list.

7.2 Warranty covers the free replacement of the components which show manufacturing defects.

7.3 Warranty does not cover damages caused by the wrong use of the vacuum cleaner, by the wrong voltage supply, careless, misuse, lack of awareness in different uses of the vacuum cleaner.

7.4 Depureco will not replace the vacuum cleaner but will supply the faulty item once confirmed it is covered by warranty.

7.5 All below mentioned consumable items are excluded:  filters, hoses, accessories, coals, cables, plugs and items of usual deterioration. Motors and blowers in which were found foreign objects (dust, liquids, and solids) will not be covered by the warranty.

7.6 No reimbursement is provided for damages or problems caused by faults or defects of the vacuum also  under warranty

7.7 The warranty provided by Depureco expires when repairs have been carried out by unauthorized personnel, when spare parts are installed improperly and in case of use of non-original Depureco spare parts and / or accessories.

7.8 In order to have the warranty validated, the Buyer shall send back the purchased product to Depureco at his own expenses. Depureco will check it and, if under warranty, will proceed in repairing the damaged components. The Buyer will take charge of all transport costs.

7. 9 It is possible to extend the warranty up to 3 years, with the exception of all those units belonging to the following ranges: Oil & Swarf and Commercial Vacuums. To have the warranty extended, it is necessary to buy all the correspondent spare filters present on the vacuum at the moment of the purchase.
