ECOBULL AM 3D Z22 is an industrial vacuum cleaner designed to extract conductive metal dusts, thanks to an explosion-proof system specifically designed to immerse the extracted dusts in liquid and render them inert, even type IIIC. The vacuumed dust is immersed directly in a bath of inert liquid (not supplied) present in the container, ensuring a safe working environment. A convenient, patent-protected quick coupling system simplifies the detachment and reconnection of the container with a simple movement without the need for tools, making dust disposal simple and safe.

Highlights
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Container with conductive dust immersion system. Prevents the formation of explosive atmospheres inside the vacuum cleaner by neutralizing incoming dust.
Safety valve that in case of reactions between powders and liquids inside the container lets out the released gases preventing explosions.
