Atex and ACD vacuum cleaners
The HF 7,5 ATEX Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner is a model designed to have maximum performance on fixed applications such as centralized systems, even large ones. The suction unit is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame. The very powerful ATEX-certified turbine is installed in the rear part of the aspirator protected by a sheet metal cover which also reduces the noise level. The front cylindrical chamber houses a large surface filtering system with an automatic filter cleaning system. Specifically, there are 4 independent cartridges in category M antistatic polyester, capable of retaining dust up to 1 micron in particle size. A totally automatic system allows keeping the filters always clean thanks to a jet of compressed air at 6 bar which, entering the cartridge, causes the dust to detach and fall towards the collection cone. Depending on the operational needs, it is possible to install different automatic and pneumatic unloading systems to maximize productivity and facilitate unloading into Big-bags.
