The FOX SP 1/3D – Z20/Z22 is a powerful and reliable industrial vacuum cleaner suitable for working in ATEX Z22 classified environments. It is equipped with an ATEX-certified side channel blower, ideal for continuous operation without the need for maintenance. The vacuum cleaner has third-party certification (RINA) that certifies the safety of the internal area as Z20, making it suitable for extracting metal and explosive dust in total safety.

Highlights
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
