The ECOBULL T Z2-Z22 Additive Manufacturing, from the Depureco line, is an industrial vacuum cleaner, IIIC certified, designed for the suction of conductive metal powders in the additive 3D printing industry. The ECOBULL T Z2-Z22 Additive Manufacturing, powered by a powerful ATEX-certified side channel turbine, is equipped with a sophisticated explosion-proof system for the suction of conductive metal powders, which is obtained by immersing the suction nozzle directly in a bath of inert liquid present in the container. The motor is protected by a large surface (35,000 cm2) class H13 antistatic conical filter.Filtration also takes place through a metal grid filter and a nylon filter, capable of separating the metal particles from the inert liquid, to then be recovered and reused. The liquid is discharged by gravity through a practical tap placed at the bottom of the container. The 100 Lt container is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a convenient inspection window on the front to check the level of the liquid inside.

SUCTION UNIT
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve to guarantee continued work in complete safety, without any maintenance. The blower is also equipped with a metal silencer to maintain a low noise level.

FILTERING ELEMENT
The filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filtering cartridge. The cartridge is made to ensure large filter surface in a compact space. This way air can pass through when the filter is dirty too. The filter is H Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certified, preserving the motors and the operator.
