Three-phase industrial vacuum cleaners, such as the TX 550 P JC Longopac, stand out for their power, maneuverability, and compactness. With a 5.5 kW side channel turbine, this vacuum cleaner is perfect for continuous use without the need for maintenance. Inside the filter chamber, we find a large conical cartridge (35,000 cm2), certified Class M with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron, suitable for even the finest dust. On this vacuum cleaner, there is a JetClean® semi-automatic filter cleaning system that allows the filter to be cleaned without having to stop vacuuming. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Longopac collection system, which automatically bags the sucked material into high-strength transparent plastic disposable bags, the volumes of which can be managed by the operator without coming into contact with the sucked material

Vacuum Unit The suction unit is a side channel turbine with a direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve that guarantees continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included in the turbine as standard, ensuring a low noise level.

Class M filter Filtration is ensured by a robust polyester filter cartridge. The cartridge is designed to maintain a large filter surface area (35,000 cm2) in a compact space. This allows air to pass through even when the filter is dirty. The filter is certified class M (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) and stops particles down to 1 micron, preserving engines and the operator.

JetClean® filter cleaning system The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a new filter cleaning system called JetClean® designed by Depureco. Thanks to the different pressure between the outside and the inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that dislodges dust from the surface of the filter. It is a quick and efficient way to keep the filter clean while working, without stopping suction.

Longopac® The material is collected inside a robust plastic bag called Longopac® that is 20 metres long. The sack is rolled up under the chamber and can be adapted to any requirement. Once the sack is filled, the operator can close it over the sucked material that automatically falls into it, seal it, cut off the segment of the sack with the debris and dispose of it safely, without any contact between operator and material.
