Three-phase industrial vacuum cleaners, such as the TX 550 P SP Longopac, stand out for their power, maneuverability, and compactness. With a 5.5 kW side channel blower, this vacuum cleaner is perfect for continuous use without the need for maintenance. Inside the filter chamber, we find 3 cylindrical cartridges (90,000 cm2), certified Class M with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron, suitable for even the finest dust. On this vacuum cleaner, there is an SP filter cleaning system that uses powerful jets of compressed air to ensure optimal performance. The tangential inlet allows the cyclonic effect of dust to be used to slow it down and drop it inside the bag while protecting the filter. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Longopac collection system, which automatically bags the sucked material into high-strength transparent plastic disposable bags, the volumes of which can be managed by the operator without coming into contact with the sucked material.

Highlights
Vacuum Unit
The suction unit is a side channel turbine with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Class M filter
Filtration is provided by three cylindrical cartridges made of antistatic polyester. The filtering surface area is 90,000 cm2. The filter is class M certified (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) and stops particles down to 1 micron, preserving motors and the operator.
SP filter cleaning system
Depureco's SP system cleans cartridges continuously with powerful jets of compressed air, without stopping suction. On-board compressor included.
Longopac®
The material is collected inside a sturdy plastic bag called Longopac® that is 20 m long. The sack is rolled below the chamber and is adaptable to any need. The operator, once the sack is filled, can close it above the vacuumed material that has automatically fallen inside, seal it, cut the sack segment with the debris, and dispose of it safely, with no contact between operator and material.
