Welding Fume Extractors
The XM Torch 2M industrial vacuum cleaner is the ideal solution for extracting fumes directly from the welding torch. This vacuum cleaner from Depureco's welding fumes range is equipped with one / two powerful By-Pass motors that guarantee up to 190 m3 / h of airflow each. The industrial vacuum is controlled directly by the welding machine. A sophisticated sensor positioned on the vacuum allows detecting when there is a flow of current in the ground cable located in the special clip. Depureco's XM Torch 2M industrial vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cellulose filter that allows you to filter welding fumes in total safety. On request, it is also possible to install an H14 filter.

SUCTION UNIT
The vacuum is generated by 2 by-pass motors. Each motor is managed by an independent switch, permitting the operator to control the intake performance.

FILTERING ELEMENT
The filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filtering cartridge. The cartridge is made to ensure large filter surface (40.000 cm2) in a compact space. This way air can pass through when the filter is dirty too. The filter is M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certified. It stops the particles till 1 micron, preserving the motors and the operator.
Jet Clean® FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
The vacuum cleaner is equipped whit a new filter cleaning system named JetClean® designed by Depureco. Using the difference in pressure outside and inside the vacuum cleaner, the system generates an air jet which by travelling through the cartridge detaches the dust from the filter's surface. It is a fast and efficient way to keep the filter clean during operations, without stopping the vacuuming operations.
REMOTE CONTROL
A sensor installed on one side of the unit enables the operator to control the machine directly from the welding unit. Passing the cable in the clip will make it so that when the welding starts the vacuum cleaner will start at the same time.
