Depureco Industrial Vacuums is the only producer of industrial vacuums who grants up to 3 years warranty on its products.
When you purchase a vacuum, buy the correspondent spare filters as well and you will get 3 years warranty on the purchased product automatically.

The warranty extension up to three years is valid for all Depureco’s vacuums with the exception of the Oil & Swarf range and Professional Vacuums range.

Warranty conditions

1. Depureco’s Warranty lasts for 12 months for all vacuum cleaners.
2. Warranty covers the free replacement of the components which show manufacturing defects.
3. Warranty does not cover damages caused by the wrong use of the vacuum cleaner, by the wrong voltage supply, careless, misuse, lack of awareness in different uses of the vacuum cleaner.
4. Depureco will not replace the vacuum cleaner but will supply the faulty item once confirmed it is covered by warranty.
5. All below mentioned consumable items are excluded: filters, hoses, accessories, coals, cables, plugs and items of usual deterioration. Motors and blowers in which were found foreign objects (dust, liquids, and solids) will not be covered by the warranty.
6. No reimbursement is provided for damages or problems caused by faults or defects of the vacuum also under warranty
7. The warranty provided by Depureco expires when repairs have been carried out by unauthorized personnel, when spare parts are installed improperly and in case of use of non-original Depureco spare parts and / or accessories.
8. In order to have the warranty validated, the Buyer shall send back the purchased product to Depu- reco at his own expenses. Depureco will check it and, if under warranty, will proceed in repairing the damaged components. The Buyer will take charge of all transport costs.
9. It is possible to extend the warranty up to 3 years, with the exception of all those units belonging to the following ranges: Oil & Swarf and Commercial Vacuums. To have the warranty extended, it is necessary to buy all the correspondent spare filters present on the vacuum at the moment of the purchase.
